1. Delivery Areas
Jusfood provides delivery services across all serviceable areas in Delhi NCR. Coverage details
are updated regularly as the deliveries are extended to different cities and states pan India and
depend on operational and logistical feasibility.
2. Delivery Timeline
- Standard Delivery: Orders are typically delivered within 30–90 minutes from order
placement, depending on the vendor's preparation time and location
- Pre-Order Services: Pre-ordered items (e.g., catering or bulk orders) are delivered as
per the mutually agreed schedule between the buyer and seller
3. Delivery Partners
- Orders are fulfilled by independent delivery partners or logistics providers. All delivery
personnel comply with safety and hygiene standards under FSSAI guidelines and as
per the third party service provider implemented policies.
4. Shipping Fees
- Delivery charges as applicable, are calculated based on the distance time matrix and will
be displayed at checkout.
- Promotional offers may waive or discount delivery charges under certain conditions.
- Delivery charges can be part of the offers and promotion and applicable accordingly.
5. Regulatory Compliance
- All deliveries adhere to food safety regulations under the Food Safety and Standards
Act, 2006, ensuring the safe transport of perishable goods.
- Contactless delivery options are available in compliance with health safety norms.
6. Order Tracking
- Real-time tracking is provided through the Jusfood app, enabling customers to monitor
order status from preparation to delivery.
7. Failed Deliveries
Delivery may fail under the following circumstances:
- Incorrect or incomplete address.
- Buyer unavailable at the delivery location.
- Restricted access (e.g., gated areas without entry permissions).
- Delivery Partner feels threatened or encounters unsafe conditions for delivery.
In such cases:
- The delivery partner will attempt to contact the buyer. If unreachable within 10 minutes,
the order may be canceled, and refund eligibility will depend on the Cancellation and
Refund Policy
8. Buyer Responsibilities
- Ensure accurate delivery addresses and availability at the specified time
- Inspect the order upon receipt and raise complaints within 1 hours of delivery for any
issues (e.g., incorrect or missing items).
9. Seller Responsibilities
- Sellers must package food securely and ensure timely handoff to delivery partners
- Sellers must comply with FSSAI packaging and labeling requirements.
